Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my listing remain on the f.rock fashion website?
Your subscription to the f.rock fashion website is valid for one year. Your yearly subscription begins when your logo and listing are live on our website. After one year your will be contacted to renew your subscription.
How long does it take to get my logo up on the site?
Every month the website is updated, so your logo will be loaded onto our website at the next website update.
What if I change my contact details?
It is the responsisbility of all designers listed to keep us updated with your current contact details. There will be a fee of $30 each time you wish to make changes to your information.
When do I submit my information to the f.rock fashion newsletter?
Each month a reminder email will be sent to each participating designer to submit their latest news for submission in the newsletter. However you can email helen@frockfashion.com.au anytime during the month with any news or updates.
Am I guaranteed to be included in every monthly newsletter?
Yes! However it is the responsibility of each individual designer to submit any news to f.rock fashion by the 25th of each month.
How often can I get my news into the newsletter?
As often as you like!! The more you are featured in the f.rock fashion newsletter the more interest the media is likely to take and possibly feature you in their publications.
Do I have to pay an extra $250 to upgrade my subscription if I already have a basic listing?
No. Just the balance of the $250 delux package.To upgrade your listing you simply contact helen@frockfashion.com.au. The upgrade will only be valid as long as your current annual membership and the two press release opportunities are taken up before the end of your annual subscription.
